Patient Service Supervisors

Patient Service Supervisors manager the day to day running of reception and Patient service advisors and are on hand 12 hours a day to assist with more complex queries or issues.

Patient Service Advisors

Patient Service Advisors provide an important link for patients with the centre and are your initial contact point for general enquiries.  They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.  Patient service advisors make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and Nurses.

Rachel Vincent (f)

Lead Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber

Clinical pharmacists are highly qualified health professionals who train for many years to become specialists in medicines and how they work.  Our Clinical Pharmacist is part of the general practice clinical team and has a big role to play to make sure your medicines help you get better and stay well.

Rachel is a prescribing pharmacist, who reviews patients with long term conditions such as COPD, diabetes, asthma and hypertension to help them manage their conditions. She also sees all patients who take repeat medication for their medication review, discusses side effects with patients and supports the practice with all aspects of medicines management and prescribing.
